Funeral Teas & Ceremonies at the Seaboard Centre

We understand that arranging a funeral for a loved one is a deeply personal and difficult time. Our caring and experienced team are here to support you with sensitivity and compassion, helping to make the organisation of the day as smooth and stress-free as possible.

A Respectful & Welcoming Setting

Located in Balintore, our peaceful coastal setting provides a calm and private space for family and friends to come together to reflect, remember and celebrate a life.

In addition to hosting funeral teas, you may also choose to hold the funeral service itself here at the Seaboard Centre. Arrangements for services can be made directly through your chosen local funeral director, and we will work closely with them to ensure everything runs seamlessly and respectfully.

Funeral Teas

Our main hall can accommodate up to 150 guests and offers a comfortable, spacious environment for gathering after the service.

We provide a selection of freshly prepared:

  • Homemade soup
  • Assorted sandwiches
  • A variety of cakes and traybakes

All served with tea and coffee. Alcoholic beverages can also be made available if desired.

Audio Visual & Live Streaming

We are able to set up AV equipment for music, microphones, and screenings. If you would like to share a slideshow of photographs or a meaningful video tribute, we can provide the facilities to help you create a personal and fitting farewell.

If a funeral service is taking place in another location and is being live streamed, we can also arrange for the service to be streamed here at the Centre. This allows members of the community, extended family, or friends who are unable to travel to still come together, watch the service, and pay their respects in a shared and supportive environment.
